Earthships are self-sustaining zero carbon footprint buildings developed by architect Michael Reynolds. The combination of simple geological, atmospheric, and thermodynamic principles and some revolutionary re-purposing of discarded materials (commonly known as garbage…) resulted in what he calls radical sustainability.
